Built by Brookes

Your business runs on a process that lives in your head. Let's get it out.

I turn the work you repeat into something your tools, and your AI, can run. Workflows, websites and video, built by one person who has done the job.

A customer in a barber's chair under ring lights, with the barber reflected in the mirror behind him
  • One person, start to finish
  • You own everything I build
  • Plain English, no jargon
  • Based in Nottingham, working UK-wide

Sound familiar?

The work only you can do is buried under everything else.

  • Every new client gets set up slightly differently, depending on who's in that day.
  • You've tried AI. It gave you something generic, because it didn't know your business.
  • Your website was built once, years ago, and nobody dares touch it.
  • The report that takes three hours every Friday is three hours you're not billing.
  • You've got footage of your work sitting on a drive, and a website full of stock photos.

What changes

Written down once. Running without you. Looking like you mean it.

Written down once

Your process in plain files your team, and your AI assistant, can follow. No re-explaining it every time.

Running without you

The repeat work moves into forms, folders and automations. You keep the judgement calls.

Looking like you mean it

A fast site and real footage that shows the work. Not a template with your logo on it.

How it works

Listen. Map. Build. Hand over.

Four steps. No decks, no dashboards nobody opens. Working things, and you own them at the end.

  1. Listen

A free call. You walk me through how the work actually happens, and show me the last one you did. I ask what breaks and who feels it.

  2. Map

I write down what you told me: the steps, where the information lives, where the time leaks. You correct it before anything gets built.

  3. Build

A fixed scope, then the build. Sometimes it's a folder structure and some instructions. Sometimes it's a website or an automation. The fix follows the problem.

  4. Hand over

You get the files, the repo and a plain-English guide. If you want me to keep it running, that's a separate conversation.

How I work, in detail

On camera

Real footage, not stock.

A thirty-second advert and a product film for a local business, shot and edited by me.

Watch the work

Jordan Brookes, in a black-and-white photo, bearded and wearing sunglasses

I'm Jordan Brookes. I spent years inside an ADHD and autism assessment pathway turning piles of referral documents into something a clinician could act on, mostly by hand. Then I started building the tools I wished I'd had: for the clinic, for myself, and now for businesses like yours.
